Our mission is to develop the next generation of women leaders through sports. Playing sports builds powerful leadership skills and student-athletes have enormous career potential. Her Next Play programs inspire girls to stay in sports, help girls develop as leaders through sports, and help athletes launch and accelerate their careers.
We partner with schools, athletic departments, coaches, employers and other community organizations to deliver programming and engage athletes.
